Yes. Vendwa handles the whole conversation on its own — greeting, answering, negotiating, and capturing the order. You don't have to be watching. It pulls you in only for things that need the owner, and goes silent the moment you take over.
Will it ever sell below my price? +
No. You set a secret floor price for each product. Vendwa negotiates down toward it but will not agree to a single pesewa below it. That rule is enforced in the system, not just in its instructions.
What if a customer needs me personally? +
For bulk orders, complaints, returns, or anything off-script, Vendwa hands the chat to you and notifies you. While you handle it, Vendwa stays quiet — your customer only ever talks to one of you at a time.
Does it work on Instagram too? +
Yes. Vendwa answers Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger as well as WhatsApp — same catalog, same floor prices, same salesperson. Channel availability depends on your plan.
Do I get an online shop page? +
